Our meeting rooms offer a variety of spaces to suit your needs. Choose from exhibit halls to boardrooms and every venue in between. No matter what venue at Hyatt Regency Tampa you choose, rest assured that your guests will enjoy the experience possible during their stay in Florida.  

To ensure your Tampa event meets your standards, all of our meeting facilities and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Regency Ballroom
Generous recessed lighting and stunning wall-to-wall carpet accent this ballroom. Comprised of seven individual spaces, totaling 14,504 square feet, Regency makes an impressive venue for your next banquet or reception. Hold the largest trade show your company has even seen, with room for 101 exhibits.
Esplanade Suites
Conveniently located on the 2nd floor, these suites boast a separate foyer of 1,200 square feet. Fashion a classroom for 40 to introduce your latest training session. Oversee a board room meeting for 25 in the spacious 945 square foot Esplanade III. Join all three rooms together to recognize 160 people at a banquet.
Galleria
Very long corridors define Galleria A and B. They are designed specifically for receptions of 325 and 625, respectively. Plan your next networking event in one of these interesting rooms.
Buccaneer / Channelside / Garrison / Hyde Park / Ybor
Enveloping the atrium, these meeting spaces offer a variety of uses. Invite 12 panelists to gather at a u-shaped arrangement in one of the Garrison suites to discuss your next product launch. Field questions from the media in Buccaneer Suite C. Greet out-of-town clients at a reception for 30 in Channelside I. Hyde Park is equipped with a plasma screen TV and a laptop – perfect for PowerPoint presentations.

16th Floor
Harborview
Secluded with gorgeous bay views, this meeting room is ideal for events that require one's full-attention. Get your operations team up to speed with the latest software program via a classroom setting for 24. Make crucial decisions – board room style – for 22.
City Center Patio
A brick patio and graceful trees frame this outdoor spot. With soothing fountains and beautiful wrought iron furnishings, it sets the tone for a relaxing event. Coordinate an impromptu brainstorming session or unwind with colleagues over a glass of wine.
