Select the site of your dream reception from our numerous Tampa wedding locations. Enjoy incomparable service, plenty of attractions and convenience when you choose Hyatt Regency Tampa as the setting for your romantic wedding and reception. From the elegant Regency Ballroom with seating for hundreds of guests to our charming City Center Patio with its soothing fountains and wrought iron furniture, our wedding venues provide a dramatic backdrop for your special occasions.

Rely on our experienced conference service manager to help you determine the location best-suited to your Florida wedding. Design your dream menu with guidance from our on-site catering facilities. Each of our hotel's event venues have individual controls for heat / AC, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, special lighting effects and 110 v and 220 v single phase electricity. Our elegant wedding sites include:

Second Level
Regency Ballroom
Generous recessed lighting and stunning wall-to-wall carpet accent this ballroom. Comprised of seven individual spaces, totaling 14,504 square feet, Regency makes an impressive venue for your banquet or reception. Host a gala wedding and reception in this magnificent space.

Esplanade Suites
Conveniently located on the 2nd floor, these suites boast a separate foyer of 1,200 square feet. In one of the separate rooms, you could host a small ceremony for a few dozen friends.  Join all three rooms together to recognize 160 people at a banquet.

Galleria
Very long corridors define Galleria A and B. They are designed specifically for receptions of 325 and 625, respectively. Plan your wedding, reception or bridal shower in one of these interesting rooms.

Buccaneer / Channelside / Garrison / Hyde Park / Ybor
Enveloping the atrium, these small venues offer a variety of uses, including a special banquet for bridesmaids and groomsmen, an intimate wedding for a few dozen friends and family, or a luncheon for the bride's or groom's family.

16th Floor
Harborview
Secluded with gorgeous bay views, this intimate space is ideal for smaller weddings where a "big" view is desired.  This exquisite venue offers a very dramatic backdrop and sophisticated ambiance for your momentous occasion.

City Center Patio
A brick patio and graceful trees frame this outdoor spot. With soothing fountains and beautiful wrought iron furnishings, it sets the tone for a relaxing, memorable and beautiful event.  Say your vows beside the fountain as your friends and family look on.  Imagine the beautiful wedding photographs that can be taken in this spot or in our lovely atrium.
